Holy cow, the ink wasn't even dry on the "Sophia Rogers" version of this ripoff and now we have a new fake author "Christy Mack" for the exact same cut, cropped, pasted and pilfered recipes from food.com on the Internet.Go there and type in "vegetarian" and you'll get 2.396 recipes where he got his 30.
I'll save you the time on one of them. "Penne Arrabiatta". Boil some penne pasta, drain, put the pasta in a bowl, pour a jar of Arrabiatta sauce on top, add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder to taste, and toss. Enjoy!
And "Spaghetti Squash" --- cut the squash in half, remove seeds, place in microwave and cook for 8 minutes, remove and cool, when cool enough to handle, use a fork to separate and remove the "spaghetti" strands out of the squash and place on your plate or in a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
The recipe he copied is #162765 which does tell you to remove the seeds. His version left that out because he probably doesn't know how to cook and didn't notice his directions didn't say to remove the seeds. Maybe he doesn't know because he can't or doesn't cook. He may warm up but that's probably about all.
The picture he cut, cropped and pasted into his ripoff version was taken by "Bonnie G#2" and not his latest fake author name. without any seeds showing. That should have been a clue. "Where'd the seeds go," he should have asked.
He never tells you to remove the seeds. And that's the drawback to cutting, pasting and trying to rewrite directions you don't understand because you're not the cook.
Now I'm hungry for spaghetti squash and have one I can cook right now. BRB. That was a great breakfast. I saved the seeds for my new garden this year.

I love this coobook. First of all, it has very captivating photos of the final prepared recipes. Secondly, the collection of top 30 recipes is amazing, mouthwatering and super-tasty. Directions are very easy to follow and ingredients are written very clearly. My family loves some of these recipes. I highly recommed this cookbook for nutritious and delicious cooking
I love this vegetarian recipe book. The main reason I really like it is because the dishes are easy to prepare and very easy to understand. Plus the photos of the final cooking recipes are attractive and delicious. Not only the pictures made the recipes delicious but in fact is that the recipes are super tasty and mouthwatering. Ingredients are very clearly written and there is no confusion at all about the recipes. I wish I could give more than 5 star review for this superb cookbook. I highly recommend it.
